New phone that's extremely useless

Hi. I bought a Samsung at Mr price cellular, from the get go i started experiencing problems. 1. I couldn't use the phone without wifi. 2.it froze more than a five year old phone. 3. I went to Mr price cellular over 3times only for them to keep on telling me my phone is still there and they waiting for whoever to pick it up so it can be diagnosed, which i obviously had no problem. It bothers me so much that i have to wait over 4weeks for a phone i bought cash and i still have not received any feedback. I regret ever entering mr price cellular in komani Queenstown. The service is horrible and they dont care, which really upsets me because how on earth can you guys be so selfish i currently can't leave Queenstown because i need to relocate but since you guys only care about a customer when you get the money, cause after paying y'all honestly are rude, and you don't even care about the fact that this matter should be of importance since its a brand new phone and it already has Technical problems.i hope people get this message as well because this is just nonsense.
