Negligent service from MR.Price MObile

I Just had a terrible experience with Mr.Price Mobile, and therefore lost out on business over the weekend.

I requested to cancel my contract with them, because I got a new contract with another service provider. Upon cancelling I contact ( The email I have sent ), I decided to call them from a store ( V&A Waterfront ), spoke to an agent, and they assured me that it will not be cancelled because, I only have till January to still pay for it. That was on Friday 20 Oct 23. The agent anyway went ahead and cancelled my contract, without my confirmation and I had no network ( up until today ). I had deals and business I had to call back but could not,and people could not call me back as my number were out of service. I lost business due to the negligence of the agent. I've spoken to another agent Saturday, and she assured me they will activate my number again today ( Monday ). I had to call back again today, and a new agent told me they can't activate my account, and gave me a long story, but not helping me sorting this out. Im disgusted with this service.
