Name no cleared but paid in full in August 2022

I took a contract phone from Mr Price around 2019 i paid until at 2020 i was affected by pandemic . 2021 started to make arrangements to pay but it was already handed over to Norman & Bissets att. i paid in full in 2022 August . i was told that in 30 days i will have this cleared in trans union and experian but until the ended ,no change in my status . i have been told to upload the proof to experian , i have called mr price no help . this is the third time sending emails to them that is why i also made this review may i can get help . my mr price account
