I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude customer service. I opened an account with them last year and they gave me a sim and said its free. However when I look at my monthly statements I am being billed R39 every month. I called them countless time to assist and all I received was a rude consultant who said he would call me back and up to this day there has been no response. The time you spend sitting on the phone holding is ridiculous and to make matters worse they don't even assist you but tell you they will get back to you. Shape up MrPriceMobile. This is genuinely ridiculous
