mrprice mobile ****

I have a phone contract with mrprice mobile , Since 2016, it ended in July 2018, so I didn't pay in August coz I knew it was done with it ,they called me that I must go pay in mrprice and I did, I asked for a paid up letter , never got one, call to cancel my contract , I stopped the dep order ,but now they are busy calling and sending sms's that u must pay I don't understand pls help....I cant get a statemennt from them?? .
