Mr.price mobile complaint

Good day ,

I am putting this bad review as I am completely unhappy with their service . Mrp soft locked my data with no notice nothing . Since then I was unable to use my data and have been struggling to get sim sorted again . I have been going back and forth with mr.price and vodacom to cancel the cellphone contract I had with them . And now that it is cancelled now I have to Rica it. Vodacom is not allowing me to rica because the sim is still in Mr. Price name . I have made endless calls , emails and left messages and yet I am still offline for weeks now.

I ask mr. Price to please take their names off the sim . Please I need to use my data . I am a student and need to be online . The service I got from mr.price mobile is truly terrible.
