MRPRICE mobile and CELL C

since from end of august fighting with Mrprice mobile to reverse my number back to cellc as I had bad experience with their network,Since they potted my number to their network i'm enable to buy air time,to buy data and even cant do any banking process,my whatsup not working i asked mrp to reverse my number back to cellc they promise to do so that was on the 09/09 .on the 12th I called them they told it is done, I phone cell c to assist I spoke to several agents one said i must a ricad sim card and sent the number i received confirmation via sms that it will be poted back i waited for a week then i call cellc again(mind you my phone is not working) to make followup i spoke to Gordon and Thato told me to get a sim card that is not ricad(really!!) i did that when i call again another agent by the name of Nomthandazo says it must be ricad(what).I asked to speak to Gordon was transfere to him,he said he logged a query to thir IT department feedback will be provide within 24/48 hours that was on 27/09 still today.on the 30/09 i went to Maponya mall cellc branch was told that my number is not poted back to cell c I must find out from Mrp Mobile- i went to Mrprice maponya they call the call centre and i spoke to some rude guy by the name of Noel one who drop the phone on my ears,i call again and spoke to Nomzamo she gave me the ref number ********** the the query was logged,on the monday 02/10 she call me back that my number is reversed back to cellc I must contact cell c again. On 03/10 i went to Maponya to confirm they told its still the same and they try to call their poting department to assist they promise to get back to me within 24 hours.today 04/10 tried to call them was taken to pillar to post again on the poting department no one answered the phone.

This is really bad service and it has affected me in a very bad way,Im walking with a phone that i cant process anything on it this is just frustrating and very bad..I wish people they dont get fooled by poting their number to Mrp IT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE>YOU WILL RUNAROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH NO HEAD!!!! AS FOR CELLC I'M DISSAPOINTED HAD THIS NUMBER WITH THEM FOR YEAR NOW THIS!!!
