MrPrice insurance group is extermely bad,all they know is to get people to fall for their insurance and never assist customers when they want to claim,thumbs down MrPrice thumbs down,Not good to do business with

I have a phone insurance with Mr Price and my phone got lost on the 27/07/2020,i have reported it lost at police station,however i tried to contact the Mr Price insurance group to claim and i have been calling them and they keep reffering me from one department to the other,i am currently stuck as to what i should do with my affidavit and case number since MrPrice insurance is not taking calls and or responding emails,When a customer just buy a device from the shop,calls keep coming in day and night luring customers to join the insurance and when coming to claim,no one is there to assist.I am without a phone and i don't even know what i should do.My money went down the drain of Mr Price insurance group and here i am stuck without a phone,they have been collecting premiums since and will continue to collect premiums for the phone that doesn't exist anymore,please assist me claim for my loss
