MRPMOBILE THINKS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW
Dear MRPmobile,
Consent is a requirement for a vaild contract, but you already knew that. However, it goes out the door when you manipulate our parents into contracts that they did not consent to.
Are you now above the law that you can choose to extend a contract with my mother without her consent and keep on debiting her account on dates before her pay day?
Instead of cancelling this invalid contract effective immediately under her name, you choose to "MIGRATE IT TO THE 1ST OF JULY 2019" because you can do as you please??
Not with my mother, you are taking money out of her account costing her more money in that she has to pay for transport to go to town to reverse your unauthorized debits? The relevant authorities deserve to hear about this.
Cancel effective immediately, you do not have consent.

Kindly note the contract will be successfully deactivated and the sim card will be converted to a prepaid sim on the 1st August 2019.
Please be advised that you will be liable for payment of the June and July 2019.
Mr Price mobile requires a 30 day notice to cancel the contract as per terms and conditions of the contract.
Please note that we have received a request on the 19/06/2019 to cancel which means the 30 days fall on the 19/07/2019.
All deactivation are done on the 1st of every month which will be on the 1st of August 2019.
Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

My mother expressly and tacitly informed your employees to cancel the contract and discontinue upon expiry February 2019.
Your terms and conditions cannot and will not apply here.
You did not have consent to extend the contract beyond it's expiry in February 2019.
This is highly ********* and you are now attempting to ***** money that is not due to you!.
According to what contract are you relying on??? this is exactly what led us here!!!
She will pay no such thing.
