MRPMOBILE ****

<p>Hi I am a excellent customer with Mr Price and this is how they repay me!!! Last week I recieved a cold call from a lady working at MRP MOBILE, I never take cold calls, as If I want a product I will call for it!! She said Mr Price wants to thank me for being an amazing and loyal customer and they want to issue me a SIM CARD, YES A SIM CARD ONLY FOR R 100.00 PER MONTH FOR AMAZING BENEFITS, when I asked her what are the benefits??? She said she cant tell me but its a BIG THANK YOU, from Mr price and that all the bene**** on this card will far exceed the R 100 paid monthly by me. I still kept saying I dont want to do this!! And she insisted that I would be happy and that i could cancel it within 30 days. I said I have a cell phone contract and I dont want another sim, she kept telling me it was a thank you from Mr Price, I recieved the card yesterday to see that this sim card is only for points and R100 airtime!!! What a crock of ****!!! I am furious, I called this morning and cancelled immediately they now say if I cancel they charge me R 199 OFF MY ACCOUNT PLUS the R 100.00 for the airtime. They are *****ING our money (*******ION). I Told a lady this morning by the name of ZOLISO to get a manager to call me within an hour!!! She said a manager would call me in a few minutes. ITS BEEN 2 hours now and nothing. I told her if i dont hear from a manager I will be contacting the CPA, Hello Peter, Facebook etc. CLEARLY THEY HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS AND ARENT CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR EXISTING CLIENTS. I am furious, they have no right to take R300.00 off my account for a ****!!! PEOPLE DONT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE WHEN THEY CALL. THEY HAVE ****** FROM ME AND DONT CARE </p>
