Mrpmobile SALT A73 He'll.
On the 25th January My Wife and I each purchased a SALT A73 mobile phone. We were impressed with the features so we purchased us purchased the phones.
We left the store and went home to have our backups installed. All this seemed good. I
Om 26 January I went to a store and tried to use the phone for payments. One of my requirements was that the phone was NFC capable as this was my prefered payment . The specs sheet indicated it was and the salesperson confirmed this. I went back to the store and asked to speak to a SALT technician. The salesperson informed me there was no technician available. I elected to return the following day.
I went back Sat 28 Jan and showed the salespeople the problem. They called the duty technician and he too conformed the phones were defective. We tried another two handsets and they too were defective.
The salespeople then offered a refund and I advised that I did not want this. I wanted the advertised phone or another of similar spec at the advertised price. They advised that this was not possible. I then requested they take the phones in for repairs and issue me with a loan phone. I was advised Mrpmobile does not give loan phones and I will have to wait 21 days for the repair.
It astounds me that a new telephone brand can be launched without technical backup. It is unacceptable that Mrpmobile.does not have any means of assisting the customers after the customer had to take 2 days of their time and make two trips to the stores and spend almost 6 hours wasted. It has become the norm that big brands do not care about the very same small customers that made them a big name.
