MRPmobile Nightmare!!

I was called by a female consultant and offered a Tablet, she indicated that I could return the device if I was unhappy. I called in and indicated that I would like to return the device, I was told I had to now pay a fee of R530 before it could be collected. I made payment and the device was collected. After a month my account was debited with R1200 yet no other services have been provided and the consultant indicated that no other charges apart from the R530 was payable. I have sent numerous emails but I have not received any feedback. Absolute nightmare!
