MrpMobile is totally useless. Lousy customer service

Mr Price mobile are ********. I was informed that the contract I was ******* into entering was canceled on the 18th of February 2019, then suddenly on the 19th of February MrpMobile charges R100 to my account.

I email the support email address to inform them of this, then I was told that their books for the month closed on the 7th. So because I canceled on the 18th, R100 was added to my account on 8th February 2019. But Get This!!! The alleged contract was only entered into on the 15th of February 2019.

Then the lady changes her story and states that data for R100 was bought from my Sim Card. But I have never even used the Sim Card... Now I am being told to go and do a police affidavit. MrpMobile are serious ********, I have been speaking to the same lady yet her story changes all the time. She is not consistent and keeps giving me the run around. I so desperately want to close this nonsensical Mr Price account because even their own staff members are alleging that ***** is being committed with my account.

Do yourselves a favour and just stay away from Mr Price in totality, unless you are a fan of headaches and lies
