MRPMobile is the worst!

I bought a tablet from them, and the quality of the screen is so horrible it immediately strains your eyes. tried to return it, and they refused saying if it doesn't have a factory fault, you cannot return it. Tried to speak to the manager to explain that it may not have a factory fault but it is unusable because of the quality of the screen, she was whatsapped and never responded. We kept going back, and the manager was never available; the staff would try to call her, and she wouldn't answer, meaning the staff couldn't do anything for us! We returned again, for about the 7th time and this time, we were told we had passed the warranty period, and the staff knows very well we have been going up and down trying to return their nonsense tablet...we then spoke to Bertha Rampogo who was not helpful at all, as she kept asking irrelevant questions and not addressing the issue.

The service has been the worst, from the absent manager to customer care transferring us to a different shop; even one of their own staff members said they know the tablet we are talking about, and he knows exactly what we are talking about!

MRPmobile, this has been my first and worst experience with you. 1000% would not recommend!
