MRPMobile Insurance - Horrible Service

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from MR Price Insurance. I recently had my cellphone ****** and needed to make a claim on my insurance. However, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and time-consuming.

Firstly, I was on hold for over an hour when calling MR Price Insurance, as I was passed from one consultant to another. When I finally got through to mobile claims, I was told that I couldn't make a claim without the MIE number from my cellphone box. This information was not communicated to me when I initially purchased the insurance policy.

I then went to the MR Price Vangate Mall store to retrieve the MIE number, but the cellphone assistant informed me that they were understaffed and could not help me at the time. She also stated that it would be difficult to do so over the weekend. This is unacceptable as I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MR Price Insurance. The lack of communication and support from their representatives has made the claims process needlessly complicated and time-consuming. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that steps will be taken to improve the service provided by MR Price Insurance in the future.
