MrpMobile Contract Breakers and *********** Harassers.

Good Day, I have had endless problems with this *********** company, Firstly they broke the contract in December 2018 by applying for debit order at my bank three times, which were not the dates as per contract. In January 2019 the date they were to apply for debit order, they did not. This caused me expenses, which I notified them in writing that the expenses would be redeemed from the next payment due to them and this I done with a full e-mail to their accounts department explaining the costs I incurred, and the amount I have deducted from their payment. This e-mail was received by them of which I have proof. Now every month they are harassing me for their payment, sometimes up to 5 times a month I am phoned for payment. I have explained to them as they tell me constantly that the calls are recorded for security reasons, only known to them, to go back to the recordings a hear what I have told them and sent to them in writing. Now the problem is they do not know how to do reconciliation of accounts as I have cancelled the debit order due to them breaking the contract and pay them at their store, in cash. They every month phone me four or five times demanding that I pay them before a certain date, which I have told them that they who broke the contract cannot demand from me when I must pay and that if they can demand payment on dates not stipulated in the contract I can pay on dates I choose as well. They have received my e-mail detailing my costs due to them breaking the contract and and which was deducted, yet every month they call and advise me of the arrears which amounts to the cost I incurred, due to them breaking contract, which I have deducted from their payment. This month which is only the 19th they already have phoned me on the 3rd, 4th, 13th, and 19th, They have now been warned that they are harassing me and a case will be opened against them. On one of the calls this month one of their *********** staff, notified me that I am entitled to a thirty percent discount on this months payment and that I must pay R116.00, do they think I am a total idiot, with the thirty percent discount I have to pay, more then what the total account is which is only R107.00 per month. I am paying them R109.00 per month which is more then what is due to them, and they dont say anything about that. These fools must stop harassing me now and they will be paid when it suits me and not them.
