Mrpirse Mobile doesn't want to close cell contract with them hence contract has expired

MRprise Mobile consultant called me sold me a cellphone contract i and i took it , it was 24 months contract. after 2 years has lapse the continue debiting from my account but i can no longer use what i have paid for. 3 months later i went to one of their store to cancel was told to send an email but have to pay R153 hence my monthly installment was R99. i have a problem of internet and sending email. the consultant called me and say if R153 is paid they are going to cancel it. Yesterday was called again by the same store they say i owe R143 for what i dont know cause i didnt even used that sim with the impression of account is closed, people this store is milking money out of me. i dont have access to email to send them and i never app**** for this contract with an email but now had to submit emails but contract was done telepathically, i hate this store God for bid nd will never set my foot to them, will never ever recommend it to any one,
