mrp simcard cancellation

i have a contracted simcard from mrp,i lost the simcard and no one was willing to help me,even from their stores i couldnt get any help,i contacted them via email and never got a response,i contacted different mrp departments for their attention as im paying for something im not using but no one helped,its the worst service i have ever recieved,im considering paying my debt and cancel everything that connects me with mrp,i only wanted to cancel the simcard but now im cancelling everything incase i come across another problem in future i know how i might be treated at mrp
