MRP PRICE TRICKS IN THE TRADE

GOOD DAY, SO A NEW YEAR AND BACK TO SQUARE ONE!!!!! Last year in August I had the SAME problem with MRP MOBILE.......I received an SMS today informing me that a amount of R369.10 would be deduct from my bank on 31/01/2018....for WHAT?????? My monthly installment on my contract is only R139.00. Then I start to phone MRP MOBILE,I fitrst spoke to a lady by the name of SADIKA who couldn't help me...she put me through to someone else, I had to drop the phone as I'm busy with month end! I phoned again just now spoke to a person called Cameron, after doing the whole security check on me, my bank, my kids and God knows what else (why aren't MRP so based on security when it comes to ******* deductions on my bank) I asked why is the amount R369.10 and I got the same answer as last time....I bought data????????????? I don't even use the MRP phone for anything else but sometimes phoning to use the money by contract which I PAY for every month. COME ON PEOPLE get someone to fix this problem.....thank goodness my contract with THEM expires this year MAY!!!!!!! I took this contract when my son misplaced his phone, to use, but he found his phone and I tried to cancel but to no avail, I dont need this phone, I have a phone form Cell C which I use for whatsup, etc.......I don't buy DATA not even on my Cell C phone, I buy the R12 whatsup bundle form Cell C and furthermore I use my works WI-FI. MRP had the same story about data last year?? It frustrates me because the people you speak with on the phone can't help me, why don't they have an office where I can sort out a problem?
