MRP Mobile...bad response to ********** activities

It's been over 18 months since I started complaining about a ********** account. When you contacted me you promised to resolve matter and pay back my money within a week. That did not happen. Disgusting service. I would like to report this to the police now because it is beginning to look like theft than anything else.
