MRP mobile worst service ever!

Good day.

The following e-mail was sent to MRP mobile on 20 Jan 2017 to try and resolve this matter. This so called service provider simply does not give a **** about clients, even on their website they simply just say we will get back to you and then simply just leaves one hanging.

Good day.
One of your consultants did phone me on Fri 20 Jan,thanks for this. Unfortunately I was not in a position to talk so I requested a call back on Monday to which she agreed ....this never happened.
The facts of my complaint is as follows:
My debit orders are meant to go off on the last working day of each month as per agreement.
On Saturday 29/10/2016 there was a attempt to take R687.18 from my account there was no funds as Monday 31/10/2016 was pay day. My bank charged me R115.00 due to no funds available.
On Monday 21/11/2016 i paid R869.00 to your account which also included end of Novembers payment. This would not have been necessary if MRP mobile debited my account on the correct date.
On 15/12/2016 once again there was an attempt to take R248.30 from my account ....this after I rep**** on a SMS to say you CAN NOT take early payment from my account as I get paid on the last working day of the month ,as per recorded agreement once again. My bank charged me R115.00 ONCE AGAIN!
On 23/12/2016 ONCE AGAIN there was again attempted to debit my account ....my bank AGAIN charged me R115.00.
On 28/12/2016 I paid the amount due to prevent even further attempts from your company.
During December 2016 I app**** for a credit card which was declined due to debit orders for MRP mobile being rejected by my bank.
I Made several calls to your call centre trying to explain this matter....the reactions and comments that I received from call centre staff were scary as hell to say the least.Fortunately you record these calls so all this information is available to you.
I Demand that MRP mobile take the following actions immediately:

The amount of R345.00 paid back to me into my FNB account or my MRP mobile account be credited with mentioned amount.
The defaults on my name at ITC be cleared.
That MRP mobile in writing informs me when above was done.
That MRP mobile in writing formally apologizes to me for this huge inconvenience and even bigger embarrassment at my bank.

Please note that I am writing this letter to you on advice of FNB (where my credit card was declined) Montana bank manager,as this step is necessary before I can involve the ombudsman for cell network providers and Hello Peter.

Your speedy response in this regard is awaited.

bsite they simply just say we will get back to you and then simply just leaves one hanging.
