Mrp Mobile useless services

<p>I've been a loyal mrp Mobile customer for a year now and every month I would have to call them. Recently I have not been able to make any phone calls, the mechanic voice telling me there's no airtime to make a call, please load airtime. I have since loaded over R150 airtime and still cannot make a simple phone call. my account is always paid up monthly. I called the contact center so many times every day and there's no damn answer only music playing. Can I please just be able to make a phone call? </p>
