It is utterly utterly sad how your consultants exploit people.... What happened to having the clients interest at heart? Your consultant sold a 2GB data package to my 62 year old mother for R100 a month... Whilst my mother reiterated that she does not understand the product your consultant got irritated and said someone will call her back to explain the following day.... She went ahead and loaded the data on my mother's profile without consent..... My mother received an sms saying that she received this data but still waiting on a follow up call to make a decision.... On top of that my mother told the lady she is not working.... Who is suppose to fit the bill for this... When I call in to your retention department I spoke to a snarky consultant Junaid Ismael who advised that my mother now has to pay a cancelation fee for something that she did not sign up for.. The 1st consultation said that she can cancel in 7 days if she does not want it.... It is covid people are suffering and your consultants loads products on peoples accounts just to make their sales targets.... Junaid advised that he will call us the following day... It is Monday we are still waiting on that call.... We would like the details of the ombudsman because my mother never agreed to this ridiculous product..... Your consultant needs to be disciplined and my mothers contract that she did not sign up for has to be canceled.... For a big brand like yourself we would expect a high level of professionalism.... She is playing with people's credit records... We have not used your data because we did not sign up for it.... Please make contact before the matter escalates and cause unnecessary stress
