MRP Mobile - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I was handed over to attorneys by MRP Mobile after cancelling the contract 3 times throughout the year. I did not receive written notice 20 days prior to the default being loaded against my name! Since Monday MRP Mobile has not been able to tell me which attorneys they handed me over to. I managed to find this out myself and get hold of the attorneys. I paid the outstanding amount (even though I cancelled the contract in January18) and requested a paid up letter from MRP Mobile. They have not been able to give me this letter!!!! It is a system generated document!!! Why can no one give me a paid up letter??? Also - I have lodged a enquiry with the credit bureau for them to investigate this case as I wasn't given written notice before the default was loaded against my name. This is against the National Credit Act. The collections manager has also promised to phone me for the last 3 days and he hasn't picked up the phone. When I phone to speak with him, he is always "Unavailable to take your call" .... Worst service ever!!!! I have a r Price clothing account that I am also going to close now due to the MR Price Group's name being really bad at this stage!
