MRP Mobile STAY AWAY!!!!

I sent an email on 05 January 2021 cancelling my contract. That is 60 days' notice. They REFUSE to accept this email because it's not 30 days. Seriously, so I give them more than what they require and they tell me it's invalid. I've now reported them to the NCR but in the meantime my credit score is negatively affected and they refuse to help me. I don't get call backs, the supervisors are busy, and the call centre agents read from a script and try their best not to help you. They never sent me statements, they would tell me they can't, then miraculously someone else on the next call could. Stay away from this company, it's not worth the hassle, their service is **** poor and you won't get out of the contract no matter how hard you try.
