MRP mobile simcard

Please be aware of Mrp mobile contacting account holders, they promote a sim card with a montnly fee of R50 and lots of benefits. I accepted the sim and it was never delivered. R129 was then added to my statement for a sim cancellation fee. I sent an email to enquire and the consultant said that there was location issues and the sim couldnt delivered. The fee had to be charged as the sim was already activated. I phoned multiple times, being transferred between departments only to find that they are not willing to remove the fee. Apparently they do try to contact the customer twice when there is issues but i was unreachable. My call logs do not show that i was contacted and my phone was never off. They do not have any proof of anyone trying to contact me. I now have to pay for a cancellation that i never authorised and the sim was never recived. This is poor service. I will never do buisiness with MRP group again.
