MRP MOBILE SERVICES

<p>I have contacted mrp moblie in march regarding my cell phone account. I told them there were taken two amounts off my account and the lady said that I would be credited on my April account. Ref ********** 8. I also said i did not agreed to deal depot, safe base ,techruremed, mag zone, mrp mobvas, 247 asap, sos squad, they put me through to that department and I said I want it to be cancelled and I want my money back because I did not agreed to any of these stuff. I only agreed to pay the contract of R139 per month.</p> <p>Yesterday I saw on my account that they deducted all of those money again. plus anonthe R442 for my mrp contract. I Phomed them and dit the whole thjing again to cancel everything Ref ********** . on 4th April. How can they just bill you for stno one phoned me regarding joining it. Where do they get my account no to put debit orders through????? I am using my vodacom card and not my mrp card . This is a ripp off I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MR MOBILE. i WILL NEVER TELL SOMEONE TO BUY A CELLPHONE OR CONTRACT PHONE FROM MPR MOBIL. Why are there not a email address where you can send a query?? I want my money back for stuff that I did not agrred on. Very dissapointed</p>
