MRP MOBILE SELLS THE LOW QUALITY CELL PHONES WITH A FALLS ONE YEAR WARRANTY, NOT REPAIRING THE CELL PHONE SO THAT YOU KEEP ON REPORTING THE FAULT OVER AND OVER AGAIN, STRATEGICALLY PUSHING THE WARRANTY TO THE EXPIRY DATE, CUSTOMER LOOSE WHILE THEY GAIN.

I purchesed two VC Nokia C20 dual sim cell phones on 02/04/2022 Item number *** at Thulamahashe Mall. I was told to bring it back should I encounter any problem during the one year warranty. On 26/08/2022 I sent my wife to take the cell phone Item number as above back to the shop because it had no network on both sim cards, they promised to phone us whe it is ready, but did not phone us at all. On 05/10/2022 my wife went to enquire, the repaired cell phone was handed over to her. The screen is full of sratches, no network on both sim cerds still. On 06/10/2022 I went to the shop with my wife, we were told that the same procedure of leaving the phone to them to send it for repairs again, the procedure will be like that over and over again even thousand times until the warranty expires.
