MRP Mobile - seemingly untouchable

I have noticed that there a numerous complaints about MRP Mobile. Could anyone get any of these resolved. Since I have been battling with them for the past three years about a misleading contract and to no avail. I have demanded that they listen to the recorded message made when my phone contract was done but also no answers. They keep on to **********ly deduct money from my bank account by drawing a smaller amount every time in order to pass the system. After numerous phone calls, e-mails, whatsapps and messages, I still have not been helped. I have even been to a MRP Clothing store and the manager phoning on my behalf were sworn at and mistreated. Is there no solution to this ****ty service provider
