Mrp Mobile ****** me
<p>My account was wronfully debited by mrp mobile and I've been struggling for almost 2 months to get my money back. They keep on giving me the run around and claim they have credited my account and my bank must be the problem, when in actual fact they have not credited me at all! There is nothing pending in my account and mrp mobile cant even send me proof of the credit note!</p>

I am still awaiting on ANY response with regards to my account being debited by mrp mobile. Every time I call the call center and ask them to direct my call to the manager she is constantly busy, at this point I feel that she is purposefully ignoring my calls as they do not want to refund my account. This is outrageous! Why do I have to go through all this hassels just to get my OWN money back!
Please assist with this matter as my patience is wearing thin.
