MRP mobile pathetic service

Mr Price mobile do NOT want to exhange a new phone in three days they want it checked for faults l dont need it cheched l want it exchanged, they've send me sms's that they would send a courier but that was not done.

Mr Price mobile gave me a flat rate on a contract and then gives an open line which l did not agree to taking money unauthorised moneys from my bank account.

They would mote l would top it up myself if that was required NOT for them to deduct additional money.

When l said l want to cancel my contract they want me to pay a cancellation fee after they've provided me with a faulty phone, l cant accept that. I have had endless problems with MRP mobile that cant serve me in my mother tongue.
