MRP mobile - Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic

What a pathetic company! I was contacted to renew my contract with an upgrade. - Done. Delivery - not contacted for delivery! Never contacted again!!!! 15 December 2018 - debit order goes through without permission. I phone - frustrated and cancelled the whole thing as I have never been treated so badly. 14 January 2019 - notification that payment R*** is due on 31 January 2019. Go to the bank and cancel debit order. 29 January 2019 - Debit order for R*** taken from my account!!!!!! 3 days early and after this has been stopped at the bank. This costs money but I will keep reversing payment as I have never had such pathetic service from any company. Mr Price you should stick to clothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
