MRP MOBILE NO RESPONSE

I received a phone from Mr Price Mobile, I would like to returm it as I do not want the contract the phone is still unopened as well as the sim the phone is the lowest in its category. I have phoned several times and keep getting cut of or im on hold to speak to a consultant ?for very long periods of time then I put the phone down. I would like this resolved and returned as soon as possible. I dont see the use for paying for something I dont use. Been trying several months now to get in contact with someone in order for this phone to be sent back. You are quick to phone and sell these contracts but when we need you there is now sign of you.
