Mrp Mobile is the worst mobile Network

I only gave them one star because there is no zero star rating. Since I started my contract with mrp mobile I have had nothing but problems. The network signal is so bad I never used the sim, I just paid the contract for the phone. Now that my contract has finally come to an end, the problems continue! Incompetence and nonexistent customer service is what mrp mobile customers have to look forward to. 3 months after my contract has ended I'm still having problems now I'm receiving final notices for extra usage fees and I'm struggling to find out what it's for.
