MRP Mobile is *******

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last year!!!! Every time I call, the operator puts me on hold and never comes back. This is the way they do it every single time I have called. And when you finally reach someone who SAYS he can cancel it, it turns out he CANNOT cancel it, you have to send an email. The phone is *******. The battery does not last longer than an hour and it takes very long to recharge. In the end, I got fed-up and had to buy another phone. They are very helpful and fast when they call you and accept the contract, but try to cancel it!!!! It's almost unreal. I will never EVER buy from them again. Worst service EVER!!!
