MrP Mobile is disgusting

I will never recommend this store to any1 in my life ..they called me to offer me a contract phone n i wanted to buy my brother a phone so i took it (sumsang grand prime)i specifically told him that i dnt want to port my number to their network cz i love the network that im at m ive been with them for more than 10years n their network doesnt work on other places i was hurt to my soul that after they deliver their phone my number stopped working n wen i put their sim card on i started receiving smsz n all that...n after i called them they told me that i cant port back to my network anymore till i finished my contract wt them....yet their customer service works from 8 till 6 monday to friday which is ridiculous because if u hv a problem at night you can miss n mess up your business because they dnt assist anytime n today i called them wanted a coatation to terminate n pay their contract they told me to call after an hour cz "they were off line"and after 2hours i called them their number ddnt go through till now...im so disappointed at mr price mobile because i actually thod they were something helpfull....
