MRP Mobile is a bad service or no service at all

I have been trying to cancel my cell phone insurance since Dec 2018 in the shop they couldn't hell me and they gave me a number to call and when I call that number they just hang on me and I went to MRP Help got this: message Hi Amahlangu Your request (448586) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
