MRP mobile gives you bad credit, because they dont clear account after full payment

I paid my account in full and have checked my account details with them to make sure my account was cleared so many times. But for months now i keep getting these messages........... "Preparation for legal proceedings is currently taking place on your mrpMobile acc. Instructions to our Lawyer is to Demand Full payment of R1090.83 Ref MRP00142" They gave me a bad credit score because they didnt clear the account status. I am not letting this go on. I want my name cleared ASAP. Start doing your jobs properly!
