mrp mobile empty promises

i can even not give any rating ...i wrote a review about my account with you and you did phone me back and promise to fix the problem of my account ..again you try to deduct a payment from my account after we have spoken and agreed that the contract has stopped last year already..you promised me that you will remove my name from trans union instead you took another payment pathetic do you realise what you are doing ...i self employed and need a clear credit record to be able to get contracts ....and thanx to you this is not happening.......if this is my fault i will gladly appologise but i know when somebody make a promise ........yours are empty ones and you are ruining poeples lives..........i take the review back after our agreement ................
