MRP mobile double debit order deduction

When they phoned me the first time to hear if I wanted a contract I asked them how the payment would work. The lady told me that the first payment would be more as there is a connection fee and then after it would be R99 a month.R216.94 whent of on debit order on the 25th of Feb. This morning another debit order whent of for the amount of R199. Now the lady at customer service said that I phoned in and reduced the contract which I never did. When I asked for the recording se could not answer me. What am I to do from here on. It was my understanding from the first consultant that the first payment would be just over R200 and then from there on R99 a month which the company have the telephone recordings. Now if I want to cancel the contract I must pay R1300 and something. I no longer have trust in the company if I was treated like this as a new customer
