MRP MOBILE DATA ****

An account was opened with Mr Price by my Mom, then a sales man in the store offered data as part of the account to which there was no objection because she was told that it is part of the account package. the problem began on the first installment when my mom realized that the sim is a separate contract on its own and gets deducted R150 every month. she went to the store several times trying to cancel the sim arrangement with no luck. the staff at Mount Frere mrp didn't help her at all. we tried calling the mobile customer care till we ran out of AIRTIME. can someone from MRP mobile call my mom and cancel this stupid data nonsense, she is not using the sim card. we don't have R150 a month to donate to MRP mobile.
