My wife was called and offered this stupid offer and it was imposed on her by that stupid agent even though she had explained she is not interested and now they are telling us she cannot cancel this stupid thing of yours as "it will be a disadvantage" if we cancel it. We want to cancel all our accounts and products we have with you guys!!!!
