MRP Mobile and unauthorised debit order dates

<p>Recieved an sms to say "Hi there! Don't forget that your MRP Mobile account will be debited on 25/02/2017 with R276,13 Happy Chatting!"</p> <p> </p> <p>the problem is that my debit orders where scheduled to go off every monthend. I then called customer service and after a lengthy wait i got through. After explaining to the agent that i set the debit date with MRP Mobile for the end of every month and not on the 25th, she assured me that i will have up to the 8th of March to pay....BUT if on the 25th there is no money in my account, that debit order will be rejected...However on the 25th there will not be any funds in my bank account resulting ion a rejected debit order for which i will have to pay. THEIR SERVICE IS BEGINNING TO BE PATHETIC AND I AM NOW REGRETTING TAKING ON THIS CONTRACT.... Their service is as useless and depressing as the music they make you listen to....</p>
