MRP is bad network i have ever used

I have a contract with MRP mobile since I had this contract I m unable to use their due to network problems. I've called call centre several times with this problem but yet my query was never resolved up to now. my problem is that they keep debit me every month yet I m not using their service every month they load data to my account and month they took it back and load new one .I don't understand why must I pay for service that I m not using I've called them this week now their call centre is not working it keeps direct me to machine my ref for previous calls is ********** I was assisted by Portia , Sinenhlahla and their supervisor Anne. I must MRP mobile bad choice I've ever made.
