MRP Insurance I need my phone, don't be *****...

My story it’s very sad. I have a Cellphone insurance with MR price. I lost my phone, lodged a claim and sent all my supporting documents they said my claim was approved. I paid my excess fee R450 and top-up with R800.00 for my selected phone on the 02/02/2024 and was promised that I would be getting a new phone will be delivered at MR price store in JHB. They called today to tell me that my claim has been rejected because insurance it has expired, since last year December 2023 I have been going ups and downs, going to MTN store for simcard and phone to be blocked and send email to MTN customer service, going to police station twice to get affidavits, sending emails to MR Price monitor claims. I don’t know how many times I have called MRP *** regarding with the claim. I have many questions unanswered & I also took insurance for my other phone if situation it’s like this I’m thinking to cancel it. I am very disappointed. All I need is my phone Samsung A12/24 that they promised me nothing else.
