Mrp cellular such a disappointment

I bought an iPhone from mrp on the 30th of November delivered on the 5th of December with so much struggle ayi no mrp you did me dirty if that not enough on the 15th on my birthday the phone stopped working wow just great yoooh to say I'm ****ed will be an understatement worse they told me I can't issue for a refund how come? its not even two weeks are a month and already the phone has problems, Mrp I just need my money back
