MR Price ******** people and worst customer service

Hi guys, please be very wary and careful when opening a Mr Price account. I just opened one a month ago and when I went to MR Price Trade route mall Khanyisile assisted me when I collected my card but they seem to be ******** people now and force you to take out a MR Price mobile contract telling you its like holding a gun to your head you cant say no its a must to take it, so obviously I signed jus to get my card although I thought it's strange for a company to force you to take something you don't want so I left I was in a hurry the call centre called me 2 days later and I enquired about the incident and the lady said that was a lie and immediately cancelled the contract for me I never used even a R1 of that airtime and yet they were quick to charge me and take my money for something I never used. The are manger Daniel was so helpful and called to apologise and said I should call the contact centre regarding the credit that must be returned to my account, their customer service agents are the worst Nxobisa Maseke and Gcobisa Mafeka pathetic at their jobs not helpful at all they advise that I signed for it so no credit can be given back even though I immediately cancelled it so it's my own fault for the lies and ****** they hire.

Please think twice or double check first or try another store before considering Mr Price this seems to be the new thing into ******** people out of their money, oh and there seems to be no supervisor's I have asked to speak to one but they are non existent.
