Mr. Price phone insurance is a ****

Sooooooo, I bought a phone at Mr. Price Cavendish Square about 2 years ago. It's giving speaker problems and the screen is crakced around January 2021. I live closer the Mr. Price in Ottery and popped in and asked how do I go about booking in the cellphone that is faulty as I have insurance. R30 x 24 months already. Ottery branch informed me that they can't assist and I need to go back to the branch where I initially bought it. Claremont is not far away but it is out of my way so I only when to the branch on the 26th March 2021. Got to the branch was helped immediately but nothing was done in the branch and I used my own airtime to contact the Insurance department. Just to be declined because I waited to long to claim if the phone started giving problems in January why am I claiming now. I explained my situation (As stated above) and they still said unfortunately they can't assist me. This is very frustrating and I cancelled my insurance because how will you be beneficial in future. Also I tried numerous of time to get hold of your call centre, I even tried the WhatsApps line you have mmmmm it does not work FYI.

I know nothing is probably going to happen because I received my notification that my insurance is cancelled but I would just like to say.

Your branches that's working independently and not knowing the policies or procedures please train your staff accordingly.
