Mr Price Moble takes your money with out your approval!

I took out a contract with Mr Price Mobile some time last year. Ive not been able to use the data they promised me of 500mb since i took the contract out as when i try use it it tells me no data available, yet they debited me monthly. In December 2017 They conveniently debit me half way through the month when i didnt approve that as my account went in arrears and i had to return the debit order as i did not have money in my account at that time which i told them before when taking the contract to make a note on the system to only debit me on the last day of the month. I then assumed they will double debit me in January for the month outstanding, it is now 4 months later and they decide to debit me for 4 months! Of which i gave no permission. I have received no email in regards to this and the number they call is not by me of which when i phoned in at the beginning of the contract i told them to add my daily phone number to the profile so if they need to get ahold of me which they didnt add. Mr Price mobile is the worst service where by there staff wont listen to the client when they phone the people when phoning in always have a ****py attitude. Worst decision of my life to take a contract out with them
