Mr Price Mobile SUCKS ASS - THE WORST

Mr Price Mobile is the worst mobile Company ever!!!! Is it because they are new - NOOO they have no freaking idea what they doing and i hope they fail!!! They phone with all these great deals and offers, makes themselves look good and appealing to customers.... First of all their customer service sucks ass!!! They send sms after sms to load cell c airtime or mr price mobile airtime then you can win vouchers... So i go in to my internet banking and send myself a cell c voucher, the bank immediately approves it and the funds is deducted from my account... But wait NOOOO AIRTIME is credited to my account. I wait an hour or so even though i know it usually doesnt take that long... I phone mr price service centre, they advise me that there is nothing they can do i must phone cell c for a voucher pin number... So i phone cell c and the mr price mobile sim card is not registered on any cell c network they can not give me a voucher number my service provider has to assist me.. So once again i phone the mr price mobile service provider.. They are so unhelpfull, the lady didnt even answer me when i spoke to her, she advised me to contact cell c once again, i explained that the mobile number is not registered on the cell c network, she says yes she knows... so why is she referring me to cell c then.. because they can not assist me.. duuuhhhh... are these people dumb or what...? Dont even bother to e-mail their support forum those e-mails aren`t even being read! R110 airtime voucher lost!!! The bank can not refund me because it was accepted from mr price mobile as a voucher.. Mr price mobile can not load the airtime on my mobile account because we are not supposed to buy cell c airtime from our banks (even though i have received 10+ sms's saying that if i top up with cell c airtime i can win R1000 mr price vouchers).. is this false advertising or what? Cell c can not assist me as my nr is not registered on the cell c network. So what to do? Lose the R110 you spent on airtime because you have a suck ass service provider that i will not recommend to ANY ONE!!!! They promise good service and sell you sweet deals but its all lies... They are liers / *****s / False advertisers and they have the worst most *********** staff... How can uninformed people pretend to assist customers.. It is a joke.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE *********** MR PRICE MOBILE THEY ARE DISGUSTING LIERS, !!! If it was a person i would spit in their face!!!
